Why Do I Need A Landscape Plan?
Instead ask yourself this question:  "Would you build a house without a blue print?"  Most people will laugh at that idea, unless you are a trained architect / builder but they still would like to see a plan.  With a good landscape plan you will have the detailed layout, like a house blue print, to build your outdoor investment wisely.  By following a detailed landscape plan you will know that you are making a wise investment due to proper plant location and proper growing conditions.

We Offer A Total Landscape Design Service As Follows...
We will present a drawing illustrating location of plantings, paver walks, patios, retaining walls, ponds, or specific requests.

For the development of your property, we propose to prepare a complete plan.  For this planning service there will be a Cash Fee for the amount to be determined and discussed with you payable at the time of your first appointment.  This fee will come off the total installed job.

• It will be necessary for you to furnish all information regarding to property lines and underground utilities that would be necessary to complete our design
• We will call you when the design is ready and will present the drawing to you at our garden center so that we can show you plants and materials that will be used on your design.
• Work will be scheduled to start after the proposal has been signed and returned to us.
• The estimate is accepted with a signature agreeing to all of the terms and conditions thereof.
